Join a leading US international law firm as a Senior Corporate Counsel based in Riyadh. In this pivotal role, you will provide expert legal advice on complex corporate matters, ensuring compliance with Saudi Arabian and international laws, and support the firms strategic business objectives within the region. Responsibilities: - Provide expert legal guidance on corporate transactions, regulatory compliance, and governance matters relevant to the firms operations in Saudi Arabia and internationally. - Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of corporate agreements and contracts ensuring alignment with local and international legal requirements. - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and clients to assess legal risks and develop practical solutions. - Stay abreast of changes in Saudi Arabian corporate law and regulatory developments affecting the firms sector practice areas. - Support business development initiatives by providing legal insights and assisting in client engagements and pitches. - Manage and mentor junior legal staff, fostering professional growth and knowledge sharing within the team. - Liaise with external counsel and regulatory authorities as needed to manage complex legal issues and disputes.

Requirements
- Licensed lawyer with a Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree and admission to practice in the US or an accredited jurisdiction. - Minimum of 7 years of experience practicing corporate law, ideally within an international law firm environment. - In-depth knowledge of Saudi Arabian corporate law, commercial law, and international business regulations. - Demonstrated ability to handle complex corporate transactions and provide strategic legal advice. - Strong negotiation, drafting, and communication skills, with fluency in English; Arabic language proficiency is an advantage. - Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and dynamic environment, demonstrating cultural sensitivity and teamwork. - High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical standards, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
