Responsibilities: - Assist clients in renting residential properties across Dubai. - Conduct market research to identify property trends and opportunities. - Arrange property viewings and provide detailed property information to clients. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. - Collaborate with senior agents and management to develop sales strategies. - Negotiate property prices and terms under guidance. - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. - Stay updated on local real estate laws, market conditions and industry developments. Requirements - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients. - Self motivated and eager to learn about the real estate market. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. - Basic understanding of sales principles is a plus, but not required. - Customer service oriented with a professional attitude. - Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous. Essential: - Must have a valid Driving License. - Must have an Education Certificate. - Must have 3-6 months of savings to support a commission only role.
