Our client, a leading hospitality and hotel operator with a significant presence across the Middle East and Africa (MEA), is seeking an experienced Bilingual Company Secretary / Senior Legal Administrator for a 6–12-month temporary contract based in Dubai, supporting regional governance and corporate secretarial activities across the MEA region. This role will be critical to managing board and committee governance, corporate compliance, statutory records, and legal entity management across multiple jurisdictions. The successful candidate will work closely with senior executives, legal teams, and board stakeholders throughout the region. The successful candidate will be a highly organised governance professional with strong technical company secretarial expertise, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and experience operating within complex regional corporate structures. Key Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end company secretarial activities across a portfolio of legal entities within the MEA region. • Coordinate and administer board and committee meetings, including preparation and circulation of agendas, board packs, minutes, and action logs. • Draft and maintain board resolutions, shareholder resolutions, powers of attorney, and governance documentation. • Ensure timely completion of statutory filings, corporate registrations, licence renewals, and regulatory compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictions. • Maintain and update corporate records, statutory registers, governance databases, and entity management systems. • Support governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and corporate governance standards. • Act as a key liaison between directors, senior management, external counsel, regulatory authorities, and corporate service providers. • Monitor legal entity compliance obligations and coordinate governance activities across regional subsidiaries and affiliated entities. • Provide governance support to senior executives and board members on corporate matters and governance best practices. • Assist with corporate restructuring projects, entity rationalisation initiatives, and cross-border corporate transactions where required. #Company Secretary #Assistant Company Secretary #Corporate Governance Manager #Governance Counsel #Legal & Governance Manager #Corporate Secretarial Manager #Board Secretary #Entity Management #Arabic Company Secretary #Governance Officer

Requirements
• Minimum 5 years experience in company secretarial, corporate governance, or legal governance roles supporting multiple jurisdictions across the Middle East and Africa. • Fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Qualified Lawyer and/or Chartered/Qualified Company Secretary. • Proven experience in company secretarial, corporate governance, or legal governance roles supporting multiple jurisdictions across the Middle East and Africa. • Strong expertise in board and committee administration, corporate governance, statutory compliance, entity management, and regulatory filings. • Experience managing complex portfolios of legal entities and ensuring compliance with corporate governance requirements. • Background gained within a leading international law firm and/or in-house legal, governance, or company secretarial function. • In-house experience within hospitality, hotel operations, real estate, hospitality asset management, or large UAE/GCC-based organizations with regional operations is highly preferred. • Demonstrated experience supporting boards, executive committees, and senior leadership teams.
