About the Role A leading international premium fitness and wellness equipment brand is hiring a Field Service Engineer for its Jazan territory. This is a customer-facing, hands-on technical role for someone who takes pride in getting it right for the end user, resolving installation and maintenance issues with care, professionalism, and technical precision. The successful candidate will act as the customers main point of contact for service requests, ensuring full satisfaction with every visit. Key Responsibilities -Carry out service jobs following established procedures and quality standards -Meet performance targets for response times, first-time fix rates, and job completion -Manage spare parts stock and maintain accurate inventory records -Train and educate customers on the correct use and care of equipment -Diagnose root causes of technical issues and identify the right parts and solutions -Complete work orders thoroughly and accurately per assigned procedures -Prepare and submit service reports -Provide structured technical feedback on recurring issues -Keep customers informed with accurate arrival times and updates -Escalate or reassign jobs when needed -Report service data accurately and on time -Maintain all tools, equipment, and vehicles safely, in line with health & safety standards

Requirements
Candidate Profile A genuine interest in fitness and wellness, a proactive and grounded attitude, strong teamwork, and high ethical standards. Requirements: -2-5 years experience in a similar field service or technical maintenance role -Diploma or degree in Electronics, Communications, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, HVAC, or related technical field -Strong mechanical and/or electronic troubleshooting skills -Ability to test, repair, and service technical equipment independently -Comfortable using mobile tools and service apps -Basic IT/networking knowledge is an advantage -Experience managing service orders and inventory -Strong customer communication skills, able to handle requests and complaints professionally -Strong English communication skills (spoken and written), regular interaction with international clients required -Saudi national, based in or willing to relocate to Jazan -Valid Saudi driving license, comfortable with regional travel
