Abu Dhabi – 07 June 2015: Yas Waterworld Abu Dhabi is set to participate at the upcoming IQPC Theme Parks & Entertainment Development Summit Middle East to share its unique experience in storytelling innovation. The summit, that is set to take place at Yas Viceroy Hotel Abu Dhabi on 8-9 June 2015, will welcome regional and international professionals from the entertainment industry.
Representing the UAE’s first mega-waterpark at the conference, Tim Mow, General Manager at Yas Waterworld, will be one of the main speakers at the event. Providing international attendees and delegates with an insight into the different stages of creating a leading family attraction in the Middle East, Mow will take visitors through the design and development of the waterpark’s unique Emirati theme and its world-class attractions.
Speaking ahead of the conference, Mow said, “Yas Waterworld has firmly established itself as a leading family leisure destination in the UAE since we opened in 2013. This summit provides us with a great platform to share our knowledge and experience with international industry professionals, as well as highlight our wealth of achievements within the short space of two years. We are extremely proud of our world-first attractions and unique Emirati theme, and are constantly striving to improve our customer offering. Staying true to our core Emirati focus, we will be bringing our theme to life at the park even further later this year and look forward to making our big announcement very soon.”
The summit will see key stakeholders within the industry, including theme parks and water parks operators, developers, consultants, contractors and suppliers, come together to discuss the latest trends, challenges, and opportunities shaping the industry in the Middle East.
Event delegates will close the summit with an exclusive site tour of Yas Waterworld to explore the park’s 45 exhilarating rides, slides and attractions.
