The Piazza Grande Food Show – a highlight of THE ITALIAN CUISINE WORLD SUMMIT

The Italian Cuisine World Summit returns to Dubai for its 6th edition in November. A highlight of this year’s edition is the Piazza Grande Food Show, the best Italian Food show ever, at The Dubai Polo & Equestrian Club, November 14th and 15th.

Foodies and their families can get ready for two days of all things Italian, including fresh pasta made on the spot, Tuscan meat grill, a pizza area, gelato, aperitivo and Italian beverages, burrata and mozzarella Bars,  plus many other delicacies from Italy. The event will see the participation of michelin-starred guest chefs, and have a fun entertainment schedule of of music, acrobatic pizzaiolo performances and live competitions.

World champion pizza chef, chef Marcello D’Erasmo, will be cooking fried pizza at the fritta boot. The acrobatic pizza world champion Pasqualino Barbasso and master pizza pop artist Domenico Crolla will also perform  over the  two days. Master celebrity butcher, Simone Fracassi, will prepare the best Italian grilled beef. There will also be an inflatable playground for kids and a specific area where dogs can run so everyone can relax and enjoy their day.

Competitions will  include the Lavazza 3Espresso Competition (where baristas from UAE will compete for the best espresso and coffee drink), The Pasta Premier League Finals, the World Risotto Contest, and the Casinetto’s Best Italian Pizza in the UAE.
