Al Ain Water Wins ‘Best Water Suppliers' at the 2nd Middle East Food Industry Excellence Awards

Dubai, UAE 1 October 2014 – Al Ain Water, one of the fastest growing bottled water brands in the UAE, today announced that it has won ‘Best Water Suppliers’ at the prestigious Middle East Food Industry Excellence Awards in a gala ceremony held recently at the Burj Al Arab, in the presence of prominent dignitaries and leaders from the government and business sectors.

Each applicant was subjected to a rigorous evaluation process conducted by a panel of industry and product experts. The 2014 winner in the ‘Best Water Suppliers’ category was selected on the basis of the nominee’s ability for outstanding achievement in corporate excellence in supply chain management, safety in accordance to city’s standard, and demonstrate commitment to continuous improvement. The award was accepted, on behalf of Al Ain Water, by Mr. Shabeek Thayyil - Divisional Head- Quality Assurance & HSE, Consumer Business Division - Agthia Group PJSC.
The Middle East Food Industry Excellence Awards honors and rewards those companies that demonstrate achievements and progress through their food manufacturing, supply, quality control, innovation in this competitive and fast moving industry.
