Dubai, July 20, 2014: Al-Futtaim Engineering's Facilities Management division has won a multi-million dirham contract from the Federal Electricity and Water Authority (FEWA) for annual maintenance of its HVAC units. 

The two year contract will see the Al-Futtaim company maintain FEWA's A/C units above 5 tons across its various offices and sites including Commercial Offices, Power Plants, Reverse Osmosis Plants, MEP Plants, Main Stations, Sub Stations and Pumping Stations.

Subramanya Rao, Divisional Manager – Facilities Management at Al-Futtaim Engineering said, “We would like to thank FEWA for awarding us this contract and thereby recognizing the quality of our services. This contract is further testimony to Al-Futtaim Engineering's reputation as a trusted partner in providing high quality services.” 

Headquartered in Dubai, Al-Futtaim Engineering's Facilities management division has worked on prestigious projects including Ministry of Education, Government of Sharjah, American University of Sharjah, Ministry of Public works, EPPCO, Dubai Municipality, dnata, Emirates Aluminum, Dubai Islamic Bank, First Gulf Bank and ADCB amongst others.
