The main characteristic of the full surface induction cooktop is its 48 micro inductors, which turn the entire cooktop to one large cooking zone. The cookware is automatically detected by its shape and size, thus producing heat only when and where required. An exact cooking time can be set via the timer function. The product also provides a booster function which temporarily increases the heat output of the cooking zone by 50% for very quick boiling. The induction cooktop is extremely user-friendly and provides information at a touch of a button on the TFT touch display screen.
