UNVEILS LATEST MILESTONE DEVELOPMENTS

Abu Dhabi, September 15 2013:  Nation Towers, a mixed-use project developed by International Capital Trading L.L.C., has come a long way since its inception and is currently nearing full occupancy. The project, which has become Abu Dhabi's newest address for luxury and opulence proudly stands on the scenic Corniche and encompasses twin high rise towers. The towers feature a 5-star luxury hotel, a unique beach club, exceptional residential units, deluxe offices and a boutique style shopping area.

The vibrant project, which adds to Abu Dhabi's impressive skyline and boasts five key elements, has already lured world-renowned names and tenants to its attractive spot in the heart of the city. The project is home to the prestigious St. Regis Abu Dhabi Hotel, which recently softly opened. The hotel offers 283 rooms and suites, all adorned with elegance and thoughtful amenities including the world's highest suspended hotel suite, the “Abu Dhabi Suite”, offering a 360-degree city view.  The accommodation facilities at the St. Regis Hotel extend impeccable service including its signature butler service, synonymous with the St. Regis brand. Guests will be spoilt for choice with an array of superlative restaurants, including Rhode's 44 by celebrity Chef Gary Rhodes and Villa Toscana, serving authentic Italian delicacies.

The hotel is also home to extensive meeting and banqueting space and a state-of-the-art health club that includes a spa for those wishing to indulge in a moment of respite. Furthermore, an underground air-conditioned tunnel will also lead visitors to a splendid destination, the “Nation Riviera” with private beach access, multiple swimming pools and a dedicated children's area. The “Nation Riviera” is the ideal place to relax and unwind under the golden rays of the sun, whilst enjoying delectable delights from the range of restaurants and pool bar.

Nation Towers' residential space located in tower 1 of the project, has already approximately hit the 95% occupancy mark and started welcoming tenants in February 2013. The “Nation Residences” has become home to those that appreciate the finer things in life, with loft style apartments that vary in size, offering a spectacular view of the bustling life of the capital and the tantalizing Arabian Gulf. All 360 apartments enjoy a range of amenities: a rooftop swimming pool, lounge bars, restaurants, gym, and a spa. Not to mention, having access to the remaining elements of the project including the “Nation Galleria”.

The “Nation Galleria” is expected to welcome visitors towards the end of 2013, and will embrace unique brands, adding to the capital's retail offerings. More than nearly 85% of its gross leasable area (GLA) is currently leased to leading retail brands and a series of gourmet cafes and restaurants. These include the highly acclaimed Wafi Gourment, Rodeo Drive, Via Rodeo, Bateel Café, Café De La Paix, and the Middle East's first Burger Joint restaurant. On the retail front, brands such as Al Fardan Jewellery, Mouawad Jewellery, and Hit Gallery, will make their debut at the boutique mall soon after their fit out operations come to completion. Also joining the “Nation Galleria” is Lamborghini's new extravagant showroom, which will become the hub for ultimate Italian luxury sports cars. 

“Nation Offices” part of the iconic complex, has also reached approximately 95% occupancy and is strategically located in Tower 2. “Nation Offices” has already signed with a number of government entities including Abu Dhabi Tourism and Culture Authority (TCA) and Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC). In addition, “Nation Offices” houses prominent names such as Ernst & Young, Summit Global and Wintershall. The new business destination also encompasses a modern lobby that features a coffee shop to welcome its visitors in style. In addition, tenants have access to concierge service, taking their business experience to a new level of sophistication.
