Dubai, UAE; 17 September 2013 – Pacific Ventures had a successful pre-launch of its 20-storey Burj Pacific project, reporting sales close to AED100 million.
“It's an excellent investment, with easy access to The Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa, affording residents spectacular views of the city's most popular district. What this suggests is that off-plan buying could be back in the mind of investors, as long as it is a project such as this,” said Parvez Khan, Chairman, Pacific Ventures, owners of the project.
The pre launch event was attended by almost 200 people, all serious investors in the fancy new project, helped in part by the buzz generated by its brand ambassadors – noted filmmaker and actor Sohail Khan as well as fashion icon and Dubai-based TV anchor Uma Ghosh Deshpande.
Sohail Khan confirmed the purchase of several apartments, on a single floor (top floor). “This is a family investment,” he said. “These apartments will make ideal homes when we all travel to Dubai,” he added.
Spurred by its pre-launch success, Parvez Khan says the company will be exhibiting at the forthcoming Cityscape where it hopes to sell out the few remaining units. “High quality development and with prices starting at just over AED 1 million for a one-bedroom apartment, Burj Pacific offers exceptional value for money, particularly when one remembers that it is located in the most sought after residential and business district in the region,” Parvez Khan added.
The eight floors that make up the ‘Signature Residences' feature fully-furnished, exclusive contemporary interiors by Tony Ashai. The California-based award-winning architect is no stranger to the UAE, having worked on innovative projects such as Dubai Lifestyle City, Shah Rukh Khan Boulevard in Ras Al Khamiah and the Santori Resorts.
The Burj Pacific was designed by architects H-AO, which is founded by Manoj H. Rathod. The company credits the Marriott Marquis and the Grosvenor House hotel among its Dubai projects. The project is scheduled to be completed in the second quarter 2016.
