SHANGRI-LA HOTEL, DUBAI CELEBRATES TEN YEARS WITH DHS 10 ROOM RATE AND COMPLIMENTARY BIRTHDAY PARTIES

Guests booking a room at Shangri-La Hotel, Dubai are in for a treat this July as the hotel is selling ten rooms for only Dhs 10, valid for bookings on 10th July only. The promotion is part of the activities that the hotel is running to celebrate 10 years of operation.

The Dhs 10 rate is limited to the first ten bookings made for the night of 10th July 2013 via the website booking engine at www.shangri-la.com/dubai.  Guests may start bookings on 8th July 2013 at 9 a.m. using the special rate code SLDB10ANN.

Children born on 8th July 2003, the hotel's official opening date, and residing in Dubai may enjoy a complimentary birthday lunch or dinner for a maximum of ten guests at Dunes Café.  Guests must call the hotel on (971 4) 405 2703 to book a table and provide a passport copy with proof of the child's birth date.

The hotel's restaurants will also be running a promotion from 2nd to 8th July with a three-course set menu at all speciality restaurants for Dhs 100 nett.  The celebratory set menus will be available for lunch and dinner.

“We have some exciting plans, moving in to our next decade of operation, with a refurbishment project planned for later this year and into 2014,” said Bernhard Haechler, vice President/general manager of Shangri-La Hotel, Dubai.

“We are delighted to be celebrating our tenth anniversary and we hope that our guests will enjoy the celebratory activities with us.  In addition to the exciting promotions, we will also be displaying a themed flower arrangement in the lobby,” Haechler added.
