7th Annual Waste Management Middle East Forum will gather regional experts to discuss the latest waste management technologies and strategies for the region.
9th May 2016, Dubai: The development and urbanization of the Middle Eastern countries has not only resulted in an increased economic growth, but also an increased amount of waste generation. Due to this, environmental protection has become an increasingly important item on the social and economic agenda for the Middle East nations.
After receiving tremendous response for 6 consecutive years, 7th Annual Waste Management Middle East Forum aims to address the growing issue of managing waste efficiently. The conference will gather the region's leading waste and environment professionals. These professionals will explore the various new technologies being adopted in different countries and discuss economically feasible and sustainable solutions for the environment sector.
Speaking about last year's event, a senior representative from Arab Recycling Company said “I found this event very constructive and full of information sharing. I consider it very productive in the ME and specially in the GCC region.”
“The event was very useful, as I came to know mainly the waste management systems and the way to implement them in my organization”, said a senior executive from Gulf Marine Maintenance & Offshore Service, Dubai.
This year, the conference is being held in Dubai on 10 – 11 October 2016. It will witness keynote presentations, regional case studies and interactive panel discussions from experts and key decision makers from leading organizations in the region.
The speakers will be addressing key issues such as waste segregation at source, anaerobic digestion of biodegradable organics, construction and demolition waste management, development of waste to energy plants and much more.
This event is being sponsored by Bekon and Westinghouse Plasma Corporation as Silver Sponsors and Tarpomatic as Exhibiting Partner.
