Leminar Industries Inaugurates Largest Ductwork Manufacturing Facility in the Middle East at Dubai Industrial City

• AED100 Million Production Unit
• 325,000 Square Feet Facility Fitted out with State of the Art Machinery

Dubai-UAE: 06 January, 2016 – Leminar Air Conditioning Industries LLC, leaders in quality HVAC ductwork manufacturing, has inaugurated its AED100 million (US$27.2 million) duct production unit at Dubai Industrial City (DIC). Spread over 325,000 square feet, the factory is fitted out with sophisticated, state of the art machinery including a fully-automated coil line with CGF-1 Integrated Flange system.

The largest ductwork manufacturing facility in the Middle East region will enable Leminar Air Conditioning Industries to exponentially increase production capacities and better serve regional markets.

Abdulla Belhoul, CEO of Dubai Industrial City, Mohan Valrani, Sr. Vice Chairman of the Al Shirawi Group, and Mohamed Al Shirawi, Deputy Managing Director of the Al Shirawi Group, officiated the grand ribbon-cutting ceremony at the main factory gate. Among those present included Sumeet Valrani and Thani Al Shirawi, Directors of Oasis Investment Company LLC, Navin Valrani, CEO of Leminar Industries as well as Dipak Bhadra, General Manager of Leminar Air Conditioning Industries LLC and other dignitaries. The inaugural event was also attended by Jim Mathieson, Managing Director of Galloway Group UK, and Ullattil Achu, General Manager at Dyarco International, Leminar’s joint venture partner in Qatar.

The opening ceremony was followed by a guided tour of the shop floor. Engaging workshops were also hosted to provide guests with insight into the state-of-the-art machinery used in the manufacture of spiral ducts, acoustic attenuators, fire dampers and other duct-related accessories.
