Schön Properties Delivers 1.6 Million sq. ft. Schön Business Park Project

December 17, 2015- Schön Properties, one of the leading property developers in Dubai with a current property portfolio of AED 7 Billion, has proudly delivered its newly completed project, Schön Business Park. The company held a ceremonial ribbon cutting for the new development yesterday (December 16, 2015) and was attended by leading dignitaries and guests.

Schön Business Park was developed with a concept that aims to meet the demand for a flexible, open-planned, cost effective office and retail space in Dubai. The park features facilities that offer occupants and users an innovative and profitable experience, such as two basement levels with 1,300 car parks; a ground floor exhibiting over 72 retail outlets catering to the food & service industry and three floors of 304 sizable offices. The business park, which comprises over 1.6 million square feet, has been strategically positioned as an ideal venue for countries that will be participating in Expo 2020. The Park is located approximately five kilometres from the recently opened 160 million passenger Al Maktoum International Airport (AMIA) and Jebel Ali Port. These key locations coupled with the access of three main highways (Sheikh Zayed Road, Mohammed Bin Zayed Road and Al Khail Road), are expected to help drive in more interest to the newly opened business facility.

Additionally, Schön Business Park exhibits a contemporary approach in the characteristic build-up of the project. The new facility comes equipped with 14 elevators and an efficient district cooling system, which consists of 175 fan coil units exclusively serving the 600 units and common areas to ensure optimum comfort for the occupants. A total of 4,581,750 kilograms of steel and 30,000 cubic meters of concrete were utilized in creating the building. Moreover, the project incorporates over four open skylight areas and corridors that stretch to a substantial length of 1.8 kilometres per floor.
