Grand Millennium Dubai Appoints New Director of Engineering

Feroze Jahangir Shah has joined the Grand Millennium Dubai as the hotel's new Director of Engineering. Feroze brings a wealth of experience to the position having worked for over 17 years with some leading brands in the hospitality industry as well as 18 years at sea as a Marine Engineer having been trained & educated in the UK. His most recent posting was as Senior Facilities Manager & Head of Operations at Secureplus Facilities Management Company in Jebel Ali Dubai.
Commenting on his appointment, Mr. Oussama Chalak, Resident Manager of Grand Millennium Dubai, said, "We are delighted to welcome Feroze in our team whose extensive experience and strong track record in the industry will prove instrumental in ensuring the high standards at Grand Millennium Dubai. As Director of Engineering at Grand Millennium Dubai Feroze Jahangir Shah will be responsible for overall supervision, leadership and direction of engineering division. Besides his day to day tasks, a key objective for him will be to maintain effective energy management/conservation and planned preventive & reactive maintenance programs at the hotel.
During the course of his career Feroze held key positions at a number of prestigious hotels including Hyatt Regency Dushanbe Tajikistan, Business Central Towers - Dubai, Ramada Hotel & Suites Ajman, Sandals Antigua Caribbean Village Resort & Spa West Indies, Avari Hotels Karachi, Towers Rotana Hotel - Dubai, Hyatt Regency Hotel & Towers, Makkah -KSA, Annakheel Village Resort, Jeddah - KSA and Pearl Continental Hotels Group.
