Copthorne Hotel Dubai Hosts 'Wellness Day'

The Copthorne Hotel Dubai recently hosted a 'Wellness Day' that was organised to provide complimentary medical checkup of the hotel's guests, staff and local community. The program was headed by Dr. Lohi Babu Elpula, General Practitioner at Unicare Medical Centre M.B. B.S., MD (OSM) who was assisted by a team of health personnel. On the day, over 44 people including guests and staff, took advantage of the opportunity and underwent a general health assessment.

Glenn Nobbs, General Manager, Copthorne Hotel Dubai, said, "We are committed to supporting any such well-being initiatives in the interest of our community. It is aimed at making a positive difference to the lives of people. Regular medical check-ups help disease prevention and early detection, and we are glad a lot of people availed this opportunity."

Participants at the 'Wellness Day' in the Copthorne Hotel Dubai were given a GP consultation as well as measurement of BMI, blood pressure and blood sugar levels.
