November 26, 2015: Vocalcom, a leading contact centre and cloud solutions provider, has announced the extension of its highly attractive free three-month subscription for its Cloud Contact Centre to December 2015. The extended offer is attributed to the overwhelming response received by the company during their participation at this year's edition of GITEX Technology Week. Top businesses and personalities have already signed for the offer--driving in savings of up to AED 30,000.
Vocalcom’s Cloud Contact Centre solution is an all-in-one software product that is highly secure, scalable and easy-to-use. This engaging new solution allows users to efficiently manage all calls in one place--phone, web, email, text message or social media. This new solution provides sales representatives with the added advantage of being able to increase sales and provide fast customer support and assistance. Other features for the Cloud Contact Centre software include skills-based routing, prioritized calls and automatic screen pop. Lastly, the solution offers a Virtual Hold feature, which reduces hold time and smoothens call spikes.
“The strong response and reception that we received during GITEX has prompted us to extend our free three-month subscription offer for our Cloud Contact Centre solutions. With the UAE business segments continuing efforts towards automation and smart sustainability, our cloud Contact Centre Solution has been designed to drive in an increase in productivity and enhanced efficiencies-- increasing the potential of contact centres with its pure flexibility, unparalleled performance and responsiveness,” concluded Ali Kassab, Executive Vice President for Corporate Growth—Middle East, Africa and APAC, Vocalcom.
