UAE, 22 November, 2015 - The Department of Case Services & Litigant Directive Services of Dubai Courts has announced the launch of two new initiatives—‘Wajhati' and a specially dedicated ‘WhatsApp' account—which are aimed towards helping its clients easily complete their transactions at the quickest time possible. The new initiatives have been developed to open direct new channels of communication for Dubai Courts and its clients, which also acts as a strategic platform to receive and send important notes, queries and other forms of feedback, in order to provide direct support and unique services.

His Excellency (H.E.) Expert Tarish Eid Al Mansouri, Director General, Dubai Courts, said, “These new services have been created to make sure that all of the needs of our users are met. ‘Wajhati' and our new ‘WhatsApp' channel provides a unique innovative experience for our clients at Dubai Court, which falls in line with the move of making them happy—complementing the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, to launch key performance indicators that measure the happiness and satisfaction over the services being offered by the government.”

Director General Al Mansouri shared that Dubai Courts is working on developing the experiences of its users in different areas by integrating the quality of its service offerings, using key performance indicators and developing its human resources to be new benchmark standards set by the government. These efforts also include enhancing the quality of its service offerings, its directory and its customer commitments.

The ‘Wajhati' initiative aims to develop specialized litigant directive offices that offer Dubai Courts key services to litigants to assist them in quickly completing their requirements and cases. The initiative will also include the re-design of Dubai Courts' pamphlets and brochures--providing a clearer and step-by-step process on how clients can utilize the services they offer.

The Director General further explained that the launch of these two new initiatives reflect Dubai Courts' continuing commitment towards achieving an 80 per cent reduction in the number of users of centres by 2018. Meanwhile, he shared that the new ‘WhatsApp' channel for Dubai Courts is the first of its kind in the UAE and aims at opening the channels of communication between Dubai Courts and its users and partners. The new channel will provide support like immediately responding to questions or requirements about procedures. The service also aims in principle to answer any requirements of those who are within the courts premises in case they need any assistance and will resolve any issue after receiving the initial request via the 'WhatsApp' account.

In closing, Al Mansouri affirmed Dubai Courts' steadfast commitment in working towards making its users happy by knowing and addressing their needs. Dubai Courts can later measure their clients satisfaction over the services provided, which further reinforces our aim to be a leader in the judicial sector. Future governments will not sleep, they will work 24 hours, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. It will be as hospitable as a hotel, quick in its services and strong in its measures. The government of the future will be innovative, flexible, agile and will come up with solutions for all challenges to make people's lives easier and ensure their happiness. Dubai Courts is keen on adopting and launching initiatives that meet with these new technological developments for servicing customers and ensuring happiness.
