The Role We are seeking a skilled Tile Mason to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have expertise in installing high-quality tiles for residential and commercial projects, ensuring precision, durability, and aesthetic appeal. Responsibilities: - Read and interpret the drawings to understand project requirements. - Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and smoothing areas before tile application. - Measure, cut, and shape tiles to fit design patterns and layouts. - Apply adhesives and grout to fix tiles securely in place. - Ensure all tile installations meet company standards and client specifications. - Maintain clean and safe work areas to comply with safety regulations. - Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects on schedule. - Inspect completed work for quality and make necessary adjustments.
Requirements - Proven experience as a Tile Mason or similar role in construction. - Strong knowledge of various tile types, materials, and installation techniques. - Ability to read technical drawings and work with precise measurements. - Physical stamina and dexterity to handle tools, materials, and demanding tasks. - Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality craftsmanship. - Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment. - Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations on construction sites. - Flexibility to work in different project locations across Dubai as needed.
