The Role We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Car Rental Operator to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will oversee daily rental operations, ensure outstanding customer service, and maintain the highest standards of vehicle management. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to be part of a thriving automotive rental company in a vibrant market. Responsibilities: - Manage daily car rental operations ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery. - Process vehicle rentals and returns accurately and promptly. - Ensure all vehicles are inspected, cleaned, and maintained to company standards. - Handle customer inquiries, reservations, and complaints with professionalism and care. - Maintain accurate records of rentals, payments, and vehicle status. - Coordinate with maintenance teams for timely servicing of vehicles. - Comply with all local laws and company policies related to vehicle rentals and operations.
Requirements - Previous experience in car rental operations or related customer service role is preferred. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. - Familiarity with vehicle inspection and maintenance standards. - Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus. - Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. - Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service. - Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
