The Role
The Sales Director will Lead the organizations retail sales strategy and operations, driving sustainable revenue growth, branch profitability, customer experience, and overall commercial performance across the retail network. Client Details Our client is one of the leading retailers within Saudi Arabia. Description * Develop and execute the overall Retail Sales strategy. * Lead and manage multi-branch retail operations and sales performance. * Own sales revenue, profitability, and commercial KPIs. * Set sales targets and ensure consistent achievement across branches. * Analyze branch performance and identify opportunities to improve revenue and profitability. * Improve sales productivity, conversion, average transaction value, and customer experience. * Lead, coach, and develop Sales Managers and branch leadership teams. Requirements
* Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. * 15-20+ years of sales experience, with significant experience within the retail sector. * Extensive experience managing multi-branch retail operations. * Proven experience managing large sales teams and geographically distributed operations
