The Role We are seeking a motivated and experienced Leading Hand to join our esteemed legal team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow within the department, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of our legal services. Responsibilities: - Coordinate and supervise the daily activities of the legal support team to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks. - Assist in managing workloads, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress to meet deadlines. - Support senior legal staff by preparing documentation, gathering necessary information, and liaising with clients or stakeholders as needed. - Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with organizational policies and legal standards. - Identify areas for process improvement and support implementation of best practices to enhance team performance. - Provide training and guidance to junior team members to foster professional development and collaboration.
Requirements - Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the legal industry or a related field. - Strong understanding of legal terminology, processes, and documentation. - Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. - Demonstrated ability to lead a team, mentor colleagues, and work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment. - Proactive problem-solving attitude with attention to detail and commitment to quality. - Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related discipline is preferred. - Proficiency in English and Arabic
