The Role Position Title: Sr. Waiter/Waitress (4 vacancies) Employment Type: Full Time Salary AED: up to 10,000 inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus tips Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A premium Dubai restaurant offering an upscale dining experience inspired by Turkish and Mediterranean hospitality. Job Description: ? Deliver professional, personalized table service while maintaining premium restaurant and fine-dining service standards. ? Take orders, explain menu items, recommend dishes and beverages, and maximize revenue through effective upselling. ? Manage assigned sections independently while coordinating with runners, junior waiters, kitchen, bar and restaurant management. ? Build strong relationships with guests, handle VIPs and special requests, and resolve service issues professionally to ensure excellent guest satisfaction.
Requirements Qualifications: ? Minimum 4 years of experience as a Senior Waiter/Waitress, preferably in premium or fine-dining restaurants. ? Excellent English communication skills; Arabic or Russian language skills are highly preferred. ? Strong knowledge of fine-dining service standards, including sequence of service, menu presentation, table service, and upselling. ? Polished, confident, and guest-focused, with strong VIP guest handling and the ability to manage sections independently.
