We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Criminal Litigator to join our prestigious law firm in Dubai. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on high-profile criminal cases, providing expert legal counsel and representation to our diverse client base in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in criminal litigation, exceptional advocacy skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced legal environment. Responsibilities: - Lead and manage complex criminal litigation cases from inception to resolution. - Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients in criminal matters in various courts. - Conduct thorough legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents with precision. - Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to build strong cases and strategies. - Mentor and guide junior lawyers and legal staff, fostering their professional growth. - Stay updated with the latest legal developments and changes in criminal law and procedures in the UAE. - Represent clients in court hearings, trials, and negotiations, demonstrating compelling advocacy skills.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law with a focus on Criminal Law; advanced qualifications are a plus. - Licensed to practice law in the UAE, with substantial experience in criminal litigation. - Proven track record of successfully handling complex criminal cases and trials. - Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and negotiation abilities, both written and verbal. - Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary legal team. - Resilient, professional, and committed to delivering the highest standards of legal service. - Familiarity with UAE laws, judicial systems, and cultural sensitivities related to criminal law. - Fully bilingual Arabic and English
