The Role Join our dynamic manufacturing team in Ajman as a Senior Accountant, where youll play a pivotal role in managing financial operations, ensuring accuracy, and driving effective financial strategies within a growing industry environment. Responsibilities: - Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with relevant accounting standards. - Manage and oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries. - Coordinate and lead audits, liaising with external auditors to ensure timely and accurate completion of audits. - Monitor cash flow and assist with budgeting and forecasting to support business planning and growth. - Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and company policies. - Identify and implement process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting.
Requirements - Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional certifications such as CPA or ACCA. - Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably within the manufacturing sector. - Strong knowledge of UAE financial laws, tax regulations, and accounting standards. - Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail. - Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively within a team and across departments. - Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment with integrity and professionalism.
