The Role • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients. • Contact leads and introduce the company’s real estate services and property offerings. • Understand clients’ property requirements, preferences, and budgets. • Qualify leads and identify potential sales opportunities. • Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospective clients. • Schedule property viewings and appointments for the sales team. • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and client information. • Coordinate with Property Consultants and the sales team for effective lead management. • Handle client queries professionally and provide relevant information. • Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets. • Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients. • Stay updated on available properties, projects, and current market offerings.
Requirements • Minimum 1 year of experience in the UAE real estate industry or a similar telecalling/telesales role. • Female candidates will be given priority. • Previous experience handling real estate leads is highly preferred. • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. • Confident, persuasive, and professional telephone manner. • Strong follow-up and lead-conversion skills. • Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment. • Good command of English. • Additional language skills will be an advantage. • Professional attitude, positive approach, and strong customer-service skills. • Candidates currently based in Dubai/UAE are preferred.
