The Role Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development - - Identify and develop new opportunities for our various services - Generate leads through direct visits, cold calling, networking, and market research - Meet and exceed assigned sales targets - Maintain strong relationships with clients and decision-makers Technical Consultation - - Assess site conditions and recommend suitable waterproofing and related solutions - Conduct client meetings, technical discussions, and presentations - Provide basic technical guidance related to waterproofing systems and surface protection Client Management - - Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the pre-sales stage - Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into business - Maintain a strong pipeline and regularly update sales activities Reporting - - Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback - Track opportunities and maintain CRM/data records
Requirements Qualifications & Experience - - Bachelor’s degree in *Civil Engineering or related engineering field (preferred)* - 2–5 years of experience in *waterproofing services, construction services, or related field - Basic understanding of waterproofing methods and applications Skills Required - - Strong sales and negotiation skills - Good technical understanding of construction and waterproofing - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Self-driven with a results-oriented approach
