The Role About the position : We are seeking a skilled and motivated MEP Technician to join our Facilities Management team. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintaining and troubleshooting Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems within high-rise tower environments. The candidate should be available for immediate joining and capable of ensuring smooth daily operations and maintenance activities. Key Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for MEP systems. Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues efficiently. Monitor building systems to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance. Respond to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns promptly. Conduct routine inspections and report any faults or operational concerns. Coordinate with supervisors and other technical teams to complete maintenance activities. Ensure all work is carried out in line with health, safety, and company standards.
Requirements Requirements BE/BTech in Mechanical Engineering. Experience in Facilities Management, preferably in high-rise towers/buildings. Good knowledge of MEP systems and maintenance practices. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Available for immediate joining. Preferred Skills Good communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks. Familiarity with FM operations and maintenance procedures.
