The Role 1.New Project Tracking & Opportunity Support Track new project opportunities and maintain an updated opportunity log/pipeline. 2.Prequalification (PQ) / EOI Support Prepare and compile EOI/PQ documents and coordinate submissions. Register and maintain vendor/client portals and keep qualification records up to date. 3.Company Credentials & Project References (Credentials Package) Prepare and update company profile, past project references, capability statements, and other credentials required for bids/PQ. 4.Presentation & Reporting Materials Develop and polish presentation decks (PPT) and supporting materials for management reporting and client submissions. 5.Tender Coordination Support (as needed) Assist in coordinating inputs for bidding documents, including supplier/subcontractor enquiries, comparison of quotations, and post-tender clarifications.
Requirements 1.Bachelors degree (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related). 2.Minimum 3 years of experience in tendering / marketing / prequalification support (construction or engineering industry preferred). 3.Strong document control and communication skills; detail-oriented. 4.Based in KSA. 5.Fluent English; Chinese or Arabic is a strong advantage.
