Manage the onboarding and integration process for payment providers, merchants, and clients ?? Coordinate with PSPs, internal teams, and external partners to ensure smooth onboarding operations ?? Monitor and maintain onboarding documentation, compliance checks, and account setup processes ?? Handle payment-related issues, escalations, and follow-ups in a timely manner ?? Update and manage client records using CRM systems and payment tools
Requirements Requirements ????????? Minimum 1 year of experience in Payment Onboarding ???? Previous experience in the Forex Trading, Fintech, or Financial Services industry is required ???? Strong knowledge of onboarding procedures, PSPs, payment gateways, and payment operations ????? Excellent communication and coordination skills ?????
