Requirements Job Description: ? Prepare and bake high-quality pastries, cakes, and desserts in large volumes for the central kitchen. ? Follow recipes carefully to ensure all look and taste exactly like the brand standards. ? Monitor ingredient levels, manages daily kitchen stock, and reduces food waste to control costs. ? Maintain strict cleanliness in the pastry section according to Dubai food safety and HACCP regulations. Qualifications: ? Male, Asian nationals, aged 36 and below ? Good understanding of doughs, creams, and decorating. ? Strong attention to detail in plating and aesthetics. ? Relevant pastry certification or culinary degree.
