The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager to lead the financial operations of our high-speed rail construction project in Abu Dhabi. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to one of the regions most ambitious infrastructure initiatives, ensuring robust financial management, compliance, and strategic planning to support project success. Responsibilities: - Manage all financial aspects of the high-speed rail construction project, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. - Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize cost efficiency and maximize project profitability. - Supervise financial planning and analysis activities to provide actionable insights for project stakeholders. - Ensure compliance with local regulations, financial standards, and company policies. - Coordinate with project managers and teams to monitor expenditures and control costs effectively. - Prepare and present regular financial reports to senior management and stakeholders. - Lead audits and liaise with external auditors to ensure transparent financial practices. - Provide guidance and leadership to the finance team, promoting professional development and high performance.

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is preferred. - Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance management in the construction or infrastructure sector, preferably in high-speed rail projects. - Strong knowledge of financial regulations and practices within the UAE and internationally relevant to large-scale construction projects. - Proven expertise in budgeting, financial analysis, and cost control. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively across multicultural teams. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic project environment with strong problem-solving capabilities. - Proficient in financial software, MS Office and SAP. - Fluency in English.
