The Role We are hiring for a leading Information Technology and Digital Transformation company in Kuwait and are looking for an experienced Senior Implementation Engineer Storage Solutions to join their team. Key Responsibilities: - Design, implement, configure, and support enterprise Dell Storage Solutions. - Manage Dell PowerStore, PowerMax, Unity, PowerScale, and ECS. - Perform storage provisioning, zoning, mapping, masking, LUN management, and migrations. - Implement and support SAN/NAS, DR, HA, replication, and Business Continuity solutions. - Integrate storage with VMware, Hyper-V, Windows/Linux servers, and backup solutions. - Configure and troubleshoot Fibre Channel SAN environments, including Brocade and Cisco switches. - Support NFS, SMB/CIFS, and FTP protocols. - Perform performance monitoring, troubleshooting, optimization, firmware upgrades, and lifecycle management. - Prepare HLD/LLD, SOPs, migration plans, as-built, and handover documentation. - Provide L2/L3 support and coordinate with customers, vendors, PMs, and technical teams
Requirements Key Requirements: - 68+ years of experience in enterprise storage implementation and administration. - 4+ years of strong hands-on experience with Dell EMC/Dell Technologies Storage. - Expertise in Dell PowerStore, PowerMax, Unity XT, PowerScale (Isilon), and ECS/Object Storage. - Strong experience in SAN/NAS architecture, storage migration, replication, DR, HA, and performance optimization. - Hands-on experience with Fibre Channel SAN, Brocade and Cisco MDS switches, zoning and fabric management. - Experience with VMware vSphere/vCenter, Microsoft Hyper-V, Windows and Linux. - Knowledge of NFS, SMB/CIFS, PowerPath/MPIO, and backup solutions. - Strong troubleshooting, RCA, capacity planning, and storage performance tuning skills. - Experience preparing HLD/LLD, SOPs, migration plans, as-built, and handover documentation. - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field. Certifications Preferred - Dell Proven Professional Storage Deployment Engineer - Dell PowerStore Implementation - Dell PowerMax Implementation - Dell Unity XT Implementation - Dell PowerScale (Isilon) - Dell ECS/Object Storage
