The Role
1. Responsible for the full-process quality control of civil works on the PMU Hospital Project, covering structure, finishing, external ancillary works and site works, in strict compliance with Saudi local construction industry codes and standards. 2. Review civil construction drawings, technical specifications and local industry standards; consolidate technical parameters for each work item; prepare technical submittal documents; and conduct technical briefings with construction teams, consultants and the Client. 3. Prepare material and equipment submittals for civil works; complete sample and material sealing & approval; and assist the Client and Consultant in site inspection and acceptance of each work item. 4. Follow up the full process of material incoming inspection, witnessed testing, site process inspection, concealed works inspection and final acceptance; coordinate construction teams to rectify quality issues. 5. Oversee site quality management for civil works; coordinate multi-discipline interface works; and control construction quality, site housekeeping and safety compliance within the work areas. 6. Track civil variations and site instructions; assess manpower and schedule impact arising from design changes or construction deviations; and provide field quality measurement data to cost and engineering teams. 7. Establish and maintain civil quality registers, inspection records and as-built documentation; complete project document archiving; and support project handover and hospital opening acceptance. 8. Perform other civil-related quality inspection, coordination and tasks assigned by the superior.

Requirements
1. Diploma or above in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Engineering Management or related civil disciplines. 2. Minimum 3 years of overseas building / hospital EPC project experience in civil QA/QC quality management; prior experience on Saudi projects is preferred. 3. Familiar with Saudi construction and acceptance codes; proficient in the full civil construction process; and possess complete experience in hospital-type building projects. 4. Proficient in MS Office and CAD for drawing review; able to read civil drawings and perform site measurement and verification. 5. Strong professional judgment, multi-party communication & coordination skills, cross-discipline coordination ability and site problem-solving capability. 6. Diligent and responsible, with professional integrity, teamwork spirit and strong ability to work under site pressure. 7. Good command of written and spoken English; able to independently prepare bilingual (Chinese/English) quality inspection documents and interface with Consultant and Client (suitable for overseas projects).
