The Role
We have a unique opportunity for a School Principal at an Islamic School for Boys and Girls, located in Dubai, Muhaisnah 1. The school was established more than 40 years ago and is affiliated with a Charity Organisation. It has a long history and legacy of serving the community and currently follows the UAE Curriculum, although it plans to expand to the British Curriculum. This offers an opportunity for an ambitious principal to be part of developing a legacy school and to serve the community. The school offers exceptional stability, opportunities to develop the school and the chance to work with one of the premier families in the UAE.

Requirements
• The ideal candidate will be an Arab speaking educator with a passion for developing and growing schools. You would like to initiate new programs to develop the school into a unique institution aligned with national education goals and the principles of Islam. • The successful candidate must have an in-depth understanding of KHDA requirements, education management, and school commercial management, and excellent interpersonal skills in dealing with staff, parents, and learners alike. • A verifiable track record of managing schools in the UAE would be essential, and for this role, we can only consider candidates who are locally available. • Bilingual language skills (English AND Arabic) are essential for this role. • A deep understanding of the values and principles of Islam is non-negotiable. • We will give preference to candidates who are immediately available.
