The Role About the Role We are seeking an experienced Software Test Analyst to join a leading banking organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing software testing activities while ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of banking applications. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts. Lead software testing activities throughout the SDLC and Agile lifecycle. Identify, prioritize, track, and manage software defects through resolution. Design and implement automated testing solutions. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to validate requirements. Manage and administer Atlassian Jira Defect Tracking System. Mentor junior QA team members and support testing best practices. Ensure compliance with banking and regulatory requirements. Stay updated with emerging testing tools and technologies.
Requirements Requirements Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. 5-10 years of Software Testing / QA experience. Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or FinTech domain. Strong understanding of Software Testing methodologies and SDLC. Hands-on experience with Jira Administration. Experience in Test Automation using Selenium, JUnit, or similar tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred ISTQB, CSTE, or equivalent Testing Certification. Experience working in Agile environments. Knowledge of Digital Banking systems and processes.
