The Role We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Assistant Nurse to join our healthcare team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to nursing staff, ensuring high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive healthcare environment. Responsibilities: - Assist nursing staff in providing patient care and comfort. - Monitor and record patients vital signs and report any changes to nurses. - Help patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating. - Ensure patient rooms and equipment are clean and well-maintained. - Support the implementation of care plans and follow healthcare protocols. - Communicate effectively with patients and their families to provide information and reassurance. - Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations in all duties.
Requirements - Previous experience in a similar healthcare role is preferred. - Basic nursing or healthcare certification is an advantage. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Compassionate and patient-focused with a positive attitude. - Ability to work effectively in a team and under supervision. - Physically capable of assisting patients with mobility and daily tasks. - Flexible to work various shifts as required.
