The Role For Senior Communication Engineer: 1. As a professional expert in communication, an approver or reviewer, provide and check the implementation strategy, implementation plan, interface management, basic data, risk control, professional engineering scheme and documents of communication, identify potential risks of the project and formulate reasonable countermeasures. 2. Communicate and coordinate with foreign owners on communication schemes, etc., and solve the problems of communication design schemes; 3. Coordinate with foreign owners, classification societies and other third parties as well as foreign national and local regulations formulation and review bodies to solve relevant problems and review comments; 4. Responsible for technical tender document review, technical clarification, bid evaluation document review and other work; 5. Provide technical training and guidance to designers on a regular basis, with no less than 10 times or 40 hours of training per year; 6. Be responsible for completing other related work assigned by client. For Experienced and Junior Communication Engineer: 1. Responsible for the communication design of foreign projects; The work includes but is not limited to: complete the communication design according to the provided information, including drawings, calculation sheets, data sheets, lists, specification, reports, etc.; 2. Complete inter-discipline technical support, procurement technical support (tender document preparation, bid evaluation, clarification, drawing review, FAT, etc.), on-site technical support, etc.; 3. Complete other related work assigned by client.
Requirements 1. Bachelor degree or above; 2.Has foreign project working experience in communication design of offshore fixed platform or floating oil and gas production facilities, project performance in the Middle East and Brazil is preferred, work experience in internationally renowned engineering companies, such as Technip, Worley, Wood, Flour, MCDERMOTT is preferred; 3. Familiar with communication expertise, technical specifications, and industry regulations and policies; 4. Familiar with foreign project running system, owner design concept, strong technical plan formulation and control ability, able to timely discover and solve problems, control and eliminate risks; 5. Proficient in communication design software, such as AutoCAD, naviswork, etc., proficient in excel, word, ppt and other related office software; 3D software input capability is preferred. 6. Work seriously, rigorous, strong sense of responsibility, hard-working, according to work needs, can work overtime at any time; 7. Have good learning ability, can actively learn new skills and knowledge; 8. Have good coordination and organization ability, able to organize relevant personnel to communicate and solve problems. 9. Have rich experience in on-site cooperation, according to the needs of project work, obey the domestic or overseas business trips, working at offshore oil and gas facilities. 10. English listening, speaking, reading and writing ability to meet the needs of the job, domestic personnel should have CET6 level or TOEIC score of more than 700, foreign personnel native English is preferred;
