What Youll Be Doing As a Residential Sales Property Consultant, youll guide buyers and sellers through one of lifes biggest decisions while building your own personal brand and client network. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting buyers in finding the right property to suit their lifestyle or investment goals. - Building and maintaining relationships with homeowners, investors and prospective buyers. - Conducting property viewings and providing expert market advice. - Generating new business through networking, referrals and prospecting. - Negotiating offers and managing transactions through to completion. - Staying up to date with Dubais property market, pricing and community trends. - Delivering an exceptional client experience from first enquiry through to handover. Requirements
Who Were Looking For Were looking for driven individuals who enjoy building relationships, thrive in a competitive environment and are motivated by uncapped earning potential. Youll ideally have: - Experience in real estate sales or a proven background in sales, recruitment, hospitality, automotive or another client facing industry - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - A proactive approach to generating business - Strong organisational and time management skills - A customer first mindset with the ability to build long term relationships - Fluency in English - A professional attitude and strong work ethic Essential Requirements - Valid driving licence - Education certificate - Financial savings to support yourself during your first 3–6 months while you build your pipeline - Comfortable working in a commission-only environment Earnings - Commission based - Successful consultants can realistically earn AED 250,000–500,000+ per year, with top performers significantly exceeding this.
