The Role The Construction Foreman will oversee daily construction site activities, ensuring efficient operations, compliance with safety and quality standards, and effective team management. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with various stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met. • Supervise day-to-day construction site activities and ensure smooth operations. • Lead and manage teams of skilled and unskilled workers effectively. • Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control, and project specifications. • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors for timely execution of tasks. • Monitor project progress, report delays, and implement corrective actions as needed. • Maintain site documentation, including daily reports, attendance, and incident reports. • Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce adherence to safety regulations. • Provide guidance and training to workers, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Requirements • Proven experience as a foreman in high-rise buildings, villas, or commercial projects (minimum 5 years). • High school diploma; additional certifications in construction management or safety preferred. • Knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and quality control processes. • Strong understanding of lifting equipment standards and regulations. • Ability to perform detailed inspections and load testing efficiently. • Excellent report writing and documentation skills. • Strong analytical skills to identify defects and recommend corrective actions. • Good communication skills for interaction with team members and clients.
