The Role A diversified Bahraini group with a portfolio that includes leading F&B and entertainment ventures is seeking a highly skilled F&B Supply Chain Manager. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in F&B procurement, inventory management, logistics, supplier management, and cost control, with the ability to manage an efficient end-to-end supply chain across multiple restaurant brands and locations. This role is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain for F&B operations, ensuring efficient procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution to support business growth and profitability. Supply Chain Strategy & Operations • Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, demand planning, inventory management, warehousing, and distribution across multiple restaurant brands and locations. • Develop and execute strategies to optimize efficiency, minimize costs, and ensure on-time product delivery. • Establish and monitor supply chain KPIs to drive continuous improvement and performance measurement. Procurement & Supplier Management • Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with local and international suppliers to secure high-quality products, ingredients, and packaging at optimal costs. • Lead supplier negotiations on pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to maximize profitability while maintaining quality standards. • Ensure all procured goods comply with Bahrains health, safety, and food regulations. • Maintain strong communication and information flow with internal departments and external suppliers. Inventory & Demand Planning • Establish collaborative demand plans based on trend analysis, historical data, and sales forecasts. • Monitor and optimize inventory levels to prevent stockouts and minimize waste across multiple locations. • Manage logistics and import processes, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods. • Conduct regular assessments of aging stock and manage the shelf life of F&B products, providing feedback to sales and operations teams. Cost Control & Reporting • Monitor and control supply chain costs, including procurement, logistics, and warehousing expenses. • Prepare and present regular supply chain performance reports, cost analysis, and strategic recommendations to senior management. • Ensure full compliance with all relevant regulations, quality standards, and internal policies. • Collaborate with finance and operations teams to align on budgets, financial objectives, and cost discipline.
Requirements • Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. • Proven supply chain or procurement experience, preferably within the F&B or hospitality sector. • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in a supply chain management role within the Food & Beverage industry. • Strong experience in F&B procurement, inventory management, logistics, supplier management, and cost control. • Experience managing inventory, logistics, and import processes. • Strong understanding of the local Bahraini and international F&B supply chain landscape and vendors. • Experience with ERP systems and supply chain management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is an advantage. • Strong supplier negotiation and cost-management skills. • Strong analytical, planning, and leadership capabilities. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on cost efficiency and operational excellence. • Ability to manage an efficient end-to-end supply chain across multiple restaurant brands and locations.
