- Analyze inspection findings, quality performance data, defects, rework, rejection rates, and customer/site complaints to identify trends, improvement areas, and preventive actions - Prepare and maintain quality reports, inspection records, and performance data for management review, highlighting recurring issues and recommended improvements - Coordinate with Production, Workshop, Design, Painting, and Site Installation teams to ensure quality standards, specifications, and requirements are understood and maintained throughout the process - Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions to ensure quality issues are properly resolved - Recommend process improvements to reduce defects, rework, and material wastage, and support continuous improvement initiatives - Support production teams in achieving quality and productivity objectives by providing guidance on workmanship standards and quality expectations - Support internal audits and ensure compliance with company quality procedures, standards, and requirements - Review approved drawings, samples, material specifications, and finishing requirements to ensure clear understanding of quality standards before inspection activities - Verify incoming materials, accessories, and components (wood, hardware, glass, aluminum, stainless steel, and other related materials) against approved specifications when required - Conduct in-process and final quality inspections throughout joinery production stages, including cutting, assembly, finishing, and preparation for dispatch, site delivery, or transfer to the painting section, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards - Perform dimensional and workmanship inspections to verify measurement accuracy, surface finishing, alignment, joints, fittings, and overall product quality - Identify, record, and report defects, workmanship issues, material problems, and deviations from approved standards, including proper identification and segregation of non-conforming products

Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelors degree in Quality Management, Wood Technology, Engineering, Manufacturing, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred - Technical qualification or certification related to quality inspection or manufacturing processes is an advantage - Minimum 5–8 years of experience in quality inspection within joinery, furniture manufacturing, interior fit-out, or a similar industry - Experience in inspecting wooden products, furniture components, finishing works, and related materials - Practical experience in identifying defects, non-conformities, and workmanship issues - Experience in preparing quality reports and following up on corrective actions - Experience working with production teams and understanding manufacturing processes - Good knowledge of joinery production processes, materials, and finishing standards - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and production documents - Knowledge of quality inspection methods, standards, and defect identification - Ability to perform dimensional, visual, and workmanship inspections - Knowledge of materials including wood, veneer, MDF, plywood, glass, aluminum, stainless steel, brass, and related accessories - Proficiency in preparing inspection reports, checklists, and quality records - Basic knowledge of root cause analysis and corrective action procedures
