The Role The Aerospace Aviation Logistics Customer Service Manager is responsible for leading customer service and logistics coordination for aerospace and aviation clients, ensuring timely, compliant, and high-quality movement of aircraft parts, aviation materials, tools, and related shipments. This role manages customer communication, service performance, shipment visibility, freight coordination, issue resolution, and continuous improvement to support operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and aviation supply chain reliability.
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, aviation management, business administration, or a related field. An advanced qualification is an advantage. •Minimum 6–10 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, aerospace, aviation, or supply chain operations, with customer service leadership experience preferred. •Strong understanding of airfreight operations, customs procedures, international shipping documentation, and time-critical logistics requirements. •Experience handling aerospace or aviation customers, aircraft parts logistics, AOG shipments, or high-priority service environments is preferred. •Excellent written and verbal English communication skills; additional languages may be advantageous. •Proficiency in MS Office and logistics systems, with strong reporting, analysis, follow-up, and customer communication skills.
