The Role - Manage incoming orders through Talabat and other food delivery/aggregator platforms. - Monitor order flow and preparation times, coordinating closely with the kitchen to minimize delays and maintain service standards. - Coordinate order packing, rider collection and dispatch while resolving missing, delayed, cancelled or incorrect orders promptly. - Support daily cloud kitchen operations, including updating order status, monitoring platform issues, and maintaining basic operational/order reports
