This role requires far more than UI design. You will partner closely with Business and Engineering teams to understand user problems, shape product strategy, and create thoughtful end-to-end experiences that solve real business challenges. Youll work across the full design lifecycle, from concept and discovery through to production ready implementation. Description * Partner with Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders to define and deliver exceptional user experiences. * Design intuitive and scalable user journeys for complex enterprise and financial technology platforms. * Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate product concepts and solutions. * Lead UX thinking across product initiatives, helping teams identify the right problems to solve. * Contribute to and evolve a robust design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across products. * Conduct user research, usability testing, and customer interviews to validate design decisions. * Transform user insights and product data into actionable design improvements. * Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure designs are feasible, scalable, and effectively translated into production environments. * Design experiences that leverage automation and artificial intelligence to improve user outcomes and efficiency. * Advocate for user-centred design principles while balancing business and technical requirements. * Stay informed on emerging design methodologies, AI trends, and best practices within enterprise product development. Requirements
* Minimum of 10 years of overall tenure and proven experience as a Senior Product Designer or Product Designer working on complex web based products, ideally B2B products. * Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking, UX strategy, interaction design, and visual design capabilities. * Experience designing enterprise, SaaS, financial services, fintech, research, data, analytics, or workflow driven platforms. * Strong systems thinking approach with the ability to design scalable experiences across multiple products and workflows. * Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with Product Managers, Engineers, and senior stakeholders. * Excellent problem solving skills with the ability to simplify complex user challenges. * Experience creating and maintaining design systems and component libraries. * Strong understanding of user research, usability testing, accessibility, and data-driven design methodologies. * Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-performance environments with a strong sense of ownership. * Experience designing AI-enabled products or integrating AI capabilities into user experiences is highly desirable. * Solid understanding of how design translates into front-end development and production environments. * Familiarity with modern product development processes and agile delivery practices. * Advanced proficiency in Figma and other modern design and prototyping tools.
