The Role Job Title: Concrete Restoration Engineer Location: UAE Experience: 2+ Years (GCC/UAE experience preferred) Job Summary We are seeking a Concrete Restoration Engineer with hands-on experience in concrete repair and structural restoration projects. The ideal candidate should have GCC experience and be capable of planning, supervising, and executing concrete repair, rehabilitation, and waterproofing works while ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. Key Responsibilities • Supervise and execute concrete repair and restoration works on residential, commercial, and industrial projects. • Assess structural defects such as cracks, spalling, corrosion, honeycombing, and concrete deterioration. • Implement repair methodologies including patch repairs, injection grouting, strengthening, and protective coating systems. • Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure timely project execution. • Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with approved method statements, specifications, and quality standards. • Conduct site inspections, prepare progress reports, and maintain project documentation. • Ensure adherence to HSE regulations and company safety policies. • Coordinate material approvals, inspections, and testing related to repair works.
Requirements • Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline. • 2+ years of experience in concrete repair and restoration works. • Mandatory GCC/UAE experience in restoration or rehabilitation projects. • Strong knowledge of concrete repair systems, structural rehabilitation techniques, waterproofing, epoxy injection, grouting, and protective coatings. • Familiarity with QA/QC procedures, project documentation, and site coordination. • Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and repair specifications. • Good communication and coordination skills.
