The Role Job Title: Environment, Health & Safety Officer (EHS) Location: UAE (Onsite) Job Summary : We are seeking an EHS Officer with construction industry experience to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across project sites. The role involves conducting site inspections, identifying hazards, promoting a strong safety culture, and ensuring adherence to company and statutory HSE standards. Key Responsibilities • Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to ensure compliance with HSE standards. • Identify workplace hazards and recommend corrective and preventive actions. • Monitor the proper use of PPE and safe work practices on site. • Support toolbox talks, safety inductions, and HSE awareness programs. • Maintain HSE documentation, incident reports, and inspection records. • Assist in incident investigations and ensure timely reporting of safety observations.
Requirements Key Requirements • 1-3 years of EHS experience in the construction industry. • Basic knowledge of UAE construction HSE regulations, safety standards, and procedures. • NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent HSE certification preferred. • Good communication, reporting, and documentation skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment and coordinate with site teams.
