The Role Job Title: Civil Foreman Location: UAE (Onsite) Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Civil Foreman to supervise and coordinate civil works on building construction projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing site activities, labor, subcontractors, and ensuring work is executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications.
Requirements Key Requirements: • Diploma or ITI in Civil Engineering or a related field. • Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Civil Foreman in building construction projects. • Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, drawings, and site execution. • Experience supervising labor, subcontractors, and daily site operations. • Ability to monitor work quality, productivity, and adherence to project schedules. • Good understanding of construction safety standards and site housekeeping. • Strong communication and leadership skills.
