The Role Position Title: Assistant Pastry Chef Employment Type: Full Time Salary AED: up to 3,000 depending on experience and qualifications plus accommodation Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A Dubai-based premium confectionery company specializing in artisan chocolates, handcrafted desserts, and luxury gifting solutions. Job Description: • Assist the Head Chef in preparing high-quality chocolate, pastry, and dessert products • Measure, mix, and prepare ingredients accurately while producing pastry fillings such as ganache, pastry cream, diplomat cream, and Chantilly cream. • Support chocolate production while ensuring quality, taste, and presentation standards. • Maintain a clean and organized work area following HACCP food safety standards, assist with inventory and preparation tasks.
Requirements Qualifications: • Minimum of 3 years experience as an Assistant Pastry Chef (combined home country and UAE experience accepted) • Strong expertise in preparing high-quality pastries, desserts, and chocolate products from scratch • Demonstrates strong leadership skills with effective English communication abilities • Must have HACCP Level 3 Certificate
